Some tips to get chubby of fuller chicks:

I)Eat Apples: Apple contains antioxidants, vitamins A, B. Apple should be eaten regularly to prevent tissue damage. The collagen in apples keeps your skin looking soft and younger.

II)Apply Apple: One of the best ways to get chubby chicks is to apply Apple on your face. Blend the apply and apply on your face as a mask and leave it for 15-20 minutes, wash it.

III) Drink milk: Milk contains protein, vitamin A, D. Milk is a good source of healthy fat. Drink a glass of milk every day to promote healthy skin. 

IV)Apply butter or oil: Butter is very good for hair and skin too. Massage daily with oil or butter in an upward motion.

V)Apply honey: Many people believe that honey will provide you youthful and beautiful look because it's moisturizing the skin. Take honey into a bowl and add a tablespoon of coffee and mix it, apply it on the face. Leave it for 20 minutes and wash it off.

VI)Do face massage:  Pull your mouth with air and hold for a minute, then leave the air. Repeat the step at least 10 times a day.

Causes of Dandruff:

Dandruff is caused when a type of fungus begins to grow on your scalp. However, this results in scalp damage and causes severe dryness. There is another type of dandruff wherein your scalp begins producing more oil and as a result, dandruff appears to be sticky and oily on your hair. Here are some of the major causes of dandruff.

  • Irregular brushing.
  • Not properly wash the hair
  • Not using shampoo constantly
  • Stress, and any kind of mental illness
  • For some disease

Now that you know the primary causes of dandruff, let us understand how to get rid of it with simple home remedies.

Mehendi: Applying Mehendi on the scalp helps you prevent dandruff and also makes your hair strong, prevents premature hair, gives more smooth hair.

  • Mixed Mehendi powder with normal tea.
  • Keep the paste aside for at least 8 hours.
  • After 8 hours apply it on your scalp and hair. You can add olive or coconut oil for moisturizing.
  • Let it dry over your hair for 2 hours and wash it.
  • Use this pack at least 2 to 3 times of month.

Lemon juice: Lemon is always popular for preventing dandruff.

  • Extract lemon juice and apply on a clean scalp. Leave it for at least 1 hour then wash the hair with shampoo.
  • If your hair type is dry then do not use it on your hair.

Lemon with coconut oil: Coconut oil is said to keep your hair nourished and when this is mixed with little lemon juice, it can cure dandruff. 

  • First heat, the coconut oil and mixed it with 2-3 tablespoon lemon juice. Mixed it and apply on to the scalp and massage your hair.
  • After this is done, leave it for 40-50 minutes and then rinse it off with some shampoo.

Fenugreek seed: Fenugreek seeds are used as a preventive cure for dandruff. Also known as methi, it makes your root stronger.

  • Firstly, you need to put some fenugreek seeds in a small bowl of water and let them soak overnight.
  • Make a paste of fenugreek seed and apply it on a clean scalp.
  • Leave it to dry for 30 minutes.
  • Wash your hair with shampoo.

Curd and Egg: Curd applied to your hair makes it very effective to treat dandruff and egg yolk contains biotin which is the major vitamin that treats dandruff.

  • Take a cup of curd and an egg.
  • Mixed them well and apply on the scalp as well as hair.

Lack of sleep or can be present at birth. It looks very bad.

We should always keep eye on our eye health. 

How to recover from droopy eyelids?

1)Apply tea bag and cucumber:

you can apply a tea bag or cucumber slice on your eye. It also helps with the dark circle of the eye and cooling your eye.

2)Exercise for droopy eyelids:

Sit and keep your head straight. stretch your eyebrow on the upper side and look straight.

Repeat it at least 10 times.

3)Apply Aloe vera

Clean your eyelids. Apply aloe vera gel and wait for 2 to 3 hours or you can use it at night.

4)Apply Eeg white

Separate from the yellow portion, use only egg white. Mixed it with the help of a spoon and apply it to your eyelids. Leave it until dry. It's really helpful if you use it regularly.

5)Eye Tape

I will suggest you those who have face problem with droopy eyelids can use eye tape, that is available online.

Some tips for preventing body odor,

1. Keep Yourself Squeaky Clean

Shower at least once a day, and you'll wash away sweat and get rid of some of the bacteria on your skin.

Sweat by itself is basically odorless. But when the bacteria that live on your skin mix with sweat, they multiply quickly and raise quite a stink.

2. Use Antibacterial Soap

Washing thoroughly with an antibacterial soap bar will help get rid of some bacteria, which can help with the odor.

3. Towel Off Well

Once you've showered, dry yourself completely, paying close attention to any areas where you sweat a lot.

4. Keep Your Clothes Clean

Change clothes often when you're sweating heavily. Fresh clothes help keep body odor down.
